User registration
This is the first step for using Euphoria bahi system. user need to register first to get the login credential. By clicking on the link https://www.innoforia.com/myBahi, you will be directed to “Euphoria BAHI Desk” login screen” where you can register yourself by clicking the New User link. Fill this Basic form and get your credential on your e-mail.
Business setup
After Registration process successfully done, enter the credential on “login screen” to use Euphoria bahi system further. This is “My Business Page”. Here user can enter the details of his business by clicking Add business button. Fill the form to get your business listed on the screen.
Manage Profile: click on manage profile button to add some more details of your business like business logo etc.
Billing Desktop: This button redirect user to the Euphoria billing dashboard. Here you need to set few business fields to perform further business transactions. Following are the details:-
Product Menu:
- Unit Of Measurement: under a product menu, user can access UOM option to create one or more units for their product and services, e.g. kg, pieces, numbers etc.
- Product group: in this option user can create different groups for their product accordingly.
- Product item: After above steps , User next step is to create product item (good/services) by filling the all required and mandatory fields.
Account Menu:
- Customer : Click Manage customer , then add customer to create new customer of the business.
- Vendor : Click Manage Vendor , then add customer to create new customer of the business.
Once, the user has completed the above setup, he is good to start with transaction part.
Transactions
Purchase Management :
- New Purchase : click on this link to register new purchase transaction.
- Purchase return : use this link for entering transaction related to purchase return.
- Purchase Management : click on manage Purchase under purchase menu to view, delete or update purchase transaction.
- Purchase Return Management : click on manage Purchase return under purchase menu to view, delete or update purchase return transaction.
Sale Management:
- New Sale : click on this link to register new Sale transaction.
- Sale return : use this link for entering transaction related to sales return.
- Sale Management : click on manage Sales under Sales menu to view, print, share, delete or update sales transaction.
- Sale Return Management : click on manage sale return under sales menu to view, delete or update Sale return transaction.
Sales Entry/Invoice Configuration:
- Document Numbering Configuration
- Document Entry Configuration
- Sales Invoice Configuration
Account:
- Manage Receipt : this link helps user to get overview and update on receivables.
- Manage Payments : this link helps user to get overview and update on Payments.
Inventory adjustments
Go to product menu → manage Item availability. This is the page where you can get update on your inventory like item availability status, and most importantly user can adjust your inventory by simply click on “adjust” button.
Gst Return
To get the GST report user has to follow the following steps:
- Sales menu → Manage Sales
- Set the date range in From and To => Press Go .
- →Export Sales Party
- →Export Sales Item
A csv file is downloaded to the system. This file contains taxation details.
Reports
Reports Menu: you will find different options under this option.
- Daily Sales Receipt
- Day Wise Sales for a month
- Daily Sales Item
- Monthly sales item
- Review Customer Wise Sales
- Review Vendor Wise Purchases
- Business statistics (All records created for the business).
